Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We are a small team and make every effort to process orders within 7-9 business days of when they are received. Often our team beats this time frame. Items will ship out via USPS and UPS and times are dependent upon location. Shipping times listed for the USPS are estimates only. The USPS does not guarantee shipping times on First Class or Priority Mail shipments.  You will receive a tracking number when the order ships and email updates every step of the way in the shipping process. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns! 

Q: How will I receive my order?
A: We ship USPS and UPS depending on your location.

Q: What are the washing instructions for the shirts?
A: We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild soap. Never use stain removers on garment washed items. Line drying or very cool heat recommended.

Q: How do the sizes run?
A: Sizes are unisex. All sizing charts are located on the individual product pages and depend on the type of product.

Q: Sticker Requests? Yes, we will!

*Due to the overwhelming amount of sticker requests we receive, ONLY envelopes with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (an envelope containing a return address and unused stamp) will be sent back stickers.*

A: Our shirts are printed on high quality garment-dyed Comfort Colors unisex shirts

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Satisfaction Guaranteed. We offer free exchanges or refunds of your items within 30 days of delivery. (USA Orders) Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, please email us at contact@paisleytiger.com
